A Leadership Check: Does This Message Translate on YouTube?

Over the past few months, I’ve been expanding our message onto YouTube — through coaching insights, conversations, and interviews with leaders committed to growth and service.

Before I take the next step with the channel, I want alignment.

And the most trusted perspective comes from this community.

If you have a few minutes, I’d love your honest coaching lens on the channel:

  • Does the content reflect the heart behind my leadership and coaching work?

  • Does my teaching and communication style translate well on video?

  • Do the interviews feel intentional, grounded, and aligned with servant leadership values?

  • Does the channel feel authentic — or just like content?

This isn’t about YouTube growth metrics right now. It’s about clarity, resonance, and refinement.

Consider this a leadership audit.

Watch one or two videos. Notice what stands out. Share what feels strong — and what feels unclear. Your feedback helps sharpen the message and ensures the platform reflects who I am as a heart-centered leader and coach.

If, after watching, you feel the message is aligned and worth amplifying, subscribing is one simple way to support the mission. But insight is the real ask.

I trust this community. Let’s build with intention.
